What you need to do:
1. Download the My Life App through the link ➡️ https://mylife.irishlife.ie/home
2. Register (takes a few mins)
3. Select Social (choose Leinster > Search Trim GAA then join)
From today remember *to bring your phone* or *wear your Fitness Device* during the day. We hope to organise some group walks to help you get your steps up (details to follow) but in the meantime let’s get outside and get active!!
