While the cameras focused on the launch of the 2026 Senior All-Ireland Championship, there were countless people working behind the scenes to make the day a success.

From Club Presidents and long-serving members to coaches, volunteers, parents and players, the event was a wonderful reflection of the spirit that runs through Trim GAA.

Some have held official roles over the years, others simply continue to lend a hand whenever needed, but all share the same commitment to our Club.

It was fantastic to see members of all ages enjoying the occasion, meeting familiar faces and creating new memories throughout the day. It was particularly special to see generations of families sharing the occasion together and celebrating the day.

Our younger members weren't the only ones starstruck on the day. Once Marty appeared, some of the coaches moved with a speed normally reserved for Championship final tickets!

Days like the hosting of such an event remind us that while matches may last an hour, a Club is built over generations. From those who helped build our Club to those who will shape its future, Tuesday was a proud day for the Trim GAA family
