Parent/guardian contact name & number must be provided at time of purchase
A physical printed copy of your ticket is not required on the night, please provide your name to the volunteers on the door and they will confirm valid ticket and contact details are in place
Please show our volunteers respect and follow any instructions given throughout the night
Standing on chairs, sitting on shoulders, sitting on the stage or interference with DJ’s equipment is not permitted
Recording of any persons without their consent is not permitted and this rule will be strictly enforced. You may have your phone confiscated and returned to your parent/guardian at the end of the night if you are found to be in breach of this rule
We do not tolerate any form of physical or psychological/mental bullying or intimidation towards another person. Anyone found to be doing so will be removed from the disco and their parent/guardian will be called
Please ensure any medical or special requirements are made known to volunteers on arrival. Any medication can be left with one of our volunteers and they will make sure it is safe
No chewing gum is permitted
Doors open at 8pm. Children must be dropped to the clubhouse main door by a parent/guardian.
Pickup time is 10pm and parents/guardians must come into the clubhouse hall to collect children. No child will be allowed to leave the building without adult supervision
