 Parent/guardian contact name & number must be provided at time
of purchase
 Please show our volunteers respect and follow any instructions given throughout
the Camp
 I am aware that my children’s photograph or video image may be taken whilst
attending the Camp and I consent to it being used by the Club for items like year
books, event reports or on the Club website or social media channels
 We do not tolerate any form of physical or psychological/mental bullying or
intimidation towards another person. Anyone found to be doing so their
parent/guardian will be called
 Please ensure any medical or special requirements are made known to volunteers
on arrival. Any medication can be left with one of our volunteers and they will
make sure it is safe
 Pickup time is 2pm & parents/guardians must come into the pitch/dressingroom
to collect children. No child will be allowed to leave without adult supervision
