This plan will act as our North Star in terms of our philosophy as to how we develop children, teenagers and young adults through all codes of our Juvenile Club.
Furthermore we are having an information session for all Juvenile Coaches from all codes on Friday 3rd of March at 8pmin the Clubhouse. Topics to be covered included:

• One Club JCDC 2023 Committee Structure
• Goals of 5 year plan
• Minimum requirements for coaches/mentors/FLO's/helpers
• Player Pathway 
• Pitch and astro booking/reservation
