A great performance from our Div 6 lads as they finished off a brilliant weekend for our adult footballers with three wins from three in Round 1 of the Championship! 👏
This was a really solid all-round display from Trim, with the lads working hard across the pitch and showing plenty of composure to see the game out. The defence was particularly impressive, with David Foley excellent at No. 3, organising those around him and helping to keep Wolfe Tones to just three points.
At the other end, Trim had plenty of contributors on the scoreboard, with 12 points shared between six players, while goals from Patrick Quigley and Neil Heffernan helped Trim to a convincing nine-point victory.
A fantastic way to round off the weekend, with our Senior, Junior and Div 6 footballers all coming through their opening Championship games with wins. 🔴⚪️
