CLG Átha Troim wish to extend our sincere sympathies to the Murphy family on the very sad passing of Pierce. 

A fantastic supporter and long time sponsor of Trim GAA Pierce was a regular on sidelines all over the County anywhere a Trim team was playing. 

As a mark of respect to the Murphy family our 50/50 Draw planned for Friday evening will be postponed and all activity in St Loman’s Park will be suspended on Saturday until 2pm so that the grounds are available for funeral parking. 

We will also form a Guard of Honour to escort Pierce to his final resting place at his funeral on Saturday morning.   Can all available members please meet outside St Patrick’s Church at 10:35am. 

Reposing at Heffernans Funeral Home, High St, Trim (C15 HDT1) on Friday 6th June from 4pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in St Patrick's Church. Burial afterwards in St Loman's Cemetery, Trim.

May Pierce’s gentle soul rest in eternal peace. He will be greatly missed by all.
