When we decided to develop a strategic Club Plan for CLG Átha Troim 2024-2029, we were very conscious
that we were building on the solid foundations created by our predecessors. Those predecessors ensured we
have facilities equal to or better than most comparable clubs in the country with no debt. They put in place a
coaching system which has seen the club achieve notable successes across all codes at underage level.
They had the foresight to adopt the “One Club” model which has significantly added to the membership and
success of the club.
In light of the Club's successes and this development and expansion the Executive decided the club needed to put in place a plan for the future. We look forward to the years ahead as we roll out this plan and seek to bring our club to new levels on the playing fields and in our commitment to excellence in administration.
