⚾ Last year we ran a very successful Hurl with Me programme over six sessions (1 hour long) under Lead Coach, Denise.
🔴 This programme is intended to provide basic camogie skills to parents while their child trains. It aims to promote parent involvement in the sport and ultimately allow people to feel confident enough to come on board and volunteer.
⚾16 participants took part last year and we were delighted to have three new volunteer coaches as a result.
🔴This is Year 2 of the programme which Denise hopes to roll out over a shorter duration and we are now looking for volunteers. Camogie are in need of new coaches and our U10 camogie (born 2014) is still particularly low.
⚾ Can you please message Denise 086 397 9730 if you are interested or know of anyone who would be interested in taking part this year. Numbers are needed by mid next week to make necessary arrangements.
